CyberShield Technology Solutions is an expert provider of Cybersecurity, Cloud Hosting, and Co-Managed IT infrastructure solutions. We serve Small Businesses (SMBs), Government Agencies, and other Managed Service Providers (MSPs) nationwide with a service model built on expertise and personal “Southern Hospitality.”

To ensure we can dedicate our full resources to protecting our partners, we do not offer one-time “break/fix” repairs for residential or non-contract clients. However, if you are a business looking for ongoing support, we’d love to start with a Discovery Call.

Yes, CyberShield Technology Solutions is a proud US Small Business Administration (SBA) Veteran-Owned Certified company, bringing military-grade discipline and expertise to your IT and cybersecurity needs.

We call Mississippi Home (Hattiesburg, Jackson, Gulfport-Biloxi, North Mississippi), but proudly serve small businesses, government agencies, and MSPs nationwide across the United States.  We presently only work with clients based in the US.

We operate as a “Remote-First” partner. 95% of IT issues—from password resets to server updates—are resolved instantly via our secure remote management tools. For the rare hardware issue that requires hands-on support, we coordinate with our trusted network of local partners or guide your on-site designate through the fix.

We believe in earning your business every month. We operate on a month-to-month basis for most of our ongoing services, demonstrating our commitment to personal service and accountability.  While we avoid contract commitment terms, we do ask that our clients sign a Master Services Agreement to clearly define the scope of work and our relationship.  In rare cases, we will engage in a contract with a time commitment, but only when it is beneficial to our customer.

Because every business has a unique digital footprint, our pricing is customized to your specific needs, user count, and compliance requirements.

We believe in transparency. After a comprehensive assessment of your current environment, we provide a detailed, flat-rate quote so you are never surprised by hidden fees or paying for technology you don’t need.

We pride ourselves on speed with a goal of providing same day service to all of our clients. You won’t get stuck in a phone tree; you’ll reach a real human expert ready to help, with direct cell phone numbers to call if the issue is critical.

We want to be brutally honest about what an SLA usually is. In the IT industry, an SLA is often just a calculated risk that says: “If we ignore you for too long, we will credit your next bill 5%.”

But if your server is down and your team can’t work, does a $50 bill credit actually help you? No. You need your business running, not a refund.

Instead of hiding behind “refund clauses,” we operate on a model of Shared Success. Because we operate on a month-to-month basis and want to earn your business every single month, we are financially incentivized to prevent problems before they happen and to fix them immediately if they do. We don’t want to pay you a penalty for failure; we want to ensure you never experience failure in the first place.

Yes! For businesses that want to start small, we offer Cybersecurity Awareness Training powered by Wizer. It includes our comprehensive security awareness training and phishing simulations for a simple flat rate if you do-it-yourself ($30/user/year + a one-time setup) or for a little more if you want CyberShield to completely manage it for you ($50/user/year + a one-time setup). A cybersecurity compliance framework is a structured set of guidelines, standards, and best practices that helps organizations manage security risks and meet regulatory requirements. The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0 is the DoD’s unified standard to ensure defense contractors protect sensitive information, specifically Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
